Soo-yeon Song

Ms. Soo-yeon Song is a founder and a managing partner at ChaeWoom Patent & Law Office. Ms. Song received her Bachelor's Degree of German Literature from Ewha Womans University, Seoul, South Korea. Since passing the Korean patent bar exam in 2006, she has gained extensive experiences in the field of trademark, design, copyright, unfair competition and domain disputes. She has successfully performed trademark/design prosecutions and litigations on behalf of both domestic and international clients. She also provides customized brand and design consultations.
Ms. Song actively participates at many international meetings and seminars, and on numerous occasions has lectured on trademark and design issues.

Yong-ha Lee

Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea.
He was admitted to the Korea Patent Bar in 2007 and then he has practiced in all areas of the intellectual property field, including Patent Application across the field of electrical engineering, such as software, business model, telecommunication, telecommunication network, semiconductors, control technology, robot, machinery, patent judgment, patent suit, Patent Map (Patent Guide) Preparation & existing technology investigation work, etc. He takes charge of patents for the offices designated by the Ministry of Knowledge and Economy, is a committee member of Small and Medium Business Administration, and is a specialized committee member of Korea International Trade Association.

Hwi-young Park

Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea.
He passed the bar exam (49th) in 2007 and attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea (39th) in 2009. He provides advice and handles IP litigations including Patent/Utility Model, Trade Secret, Unfair Competition, Trademark, Design, Copyright (including Computer Program), Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Intellectual property License/Transaction matters as well as general litigations.
