Ms. Soo-yeon Song is a founder and a managing partner at ChaeWoom Patent & Law Office. Ms. Song received her Bachelor's Degree of German Literature from Ewha Womans University, Seoul, South Korea. Since passing the Korean patent bar exam in 2006, she has gained extensive experiences in the field of trademark, design, copyright, unfair competition and domain disputes. She has successfully performed trademark/design prosecutions and litigations on behalf of both domestic and international clients. She also provides customized brand and design consultations.
Ms. Song actively participates at many international meetings and seminars, and on numerous occasions has lectured on trademark and design issues.
